Their bloom is short lived and beautiful. Their harvest is time-consuming and requires a lot of toiling labor. Many seeds sown will not bloom next season. Yet the work is worth it. The love shared in our sacrifices of time and effort is life giving nourishment for the seeds that do bloom.
